  無敵科技股份有限公司,於西元1989年在台北市成立,隸屬英業達集團,原名無敵商業股份有限公司,專業負責英業達集團自有品牌「BESTA無敵」產品之市場行銷。
  20年來,「無敵」以電腦辭典行銷華人文化區為核心專長,成功地建立功能新穎、品質第一的品牌形象,為電腦辭典業界之領導品牌。
  西元1999年,配合集團公司重整,原無敵商業股份有限公司合併英業達股份有限公司之個人學習系統事業部、林口工廠、西安分公司等,更名為無敵科技股份有限公司,成為具研發、製造、行銷全功能之公司,開創公司發展新局。
  西元2000年,合併香港好易通集團有限公司,轉投資成立好易通科技(香港)有限公司,2005年併購英村科技股份有限公司,積極展開香港及中國大陸之市場經營,並完成全球華人市場行銷網之佈局。2007年於中國上海成立愛唱數碼(昆山)有限公司,經營iSing99歌唱事業;同年度無敵成為在台灣掛牌的上市公司。2008年成立無敵數碼科技(昆山)有限公司,整合製造資源,進一步提升產品品質及客戶服務。
 
   
  Inventec Besta Co., Ltd. was founded in Taipei in 1989. As an independent subsidiary of the Inventec Group, Inventec Besta was responsible for managing and marketing the Inventec Group's established brand "Besta".
  Over the past twenty years , the "Besta" brand of electronic dictionaries has focused on sales to Chinese speaking areas around the world and the company has successfully positioned itself as the leading brand of electronic dictionary on the market today.
  In 1999 , in line with the corporate group’s enterprise re-engineering activities, the Inventec Besta Co., Ltd. merged with the group’s References System Division, Lin Kou Factory, and Inventec (Xi'an) Company. The combined entity with R&D, production, and marketing resources brought us into a new era of business.
  In 2000 , Inventec Besta Co., Ltd. acquired Golden Atom Holdings Ltd. created Besta Technology (HK) Co., Ltd. , and invested into Ying Cun Technology Co., Ltd. In 2005 to aggressively expand operations in the Hong Kong and China markets. These investments further laid the groundwork for an eventual sales and support network linking Chinese communities worldwide. In 2007 Inventec Besta Co., LTD. established iSing99 Music (Shanghai) Technology Co., LTD. to perform and develop the on-line KTV business. At the same year, Inventec Best Co. became a listed company in Taiwan. To integrate manufacturing resources and enhance product quality and customer services, Inventec Besta Co., Ltd. established Besta (Kun Shan) Co., LTD. in 2008.

    無敵科技在海峽兩岸擁有六百位優秀研發團隊,透過電腦網路即時掌控,整合「產品定義」、「主件選擇」、「外觀設計」、「軟體設計」、「硬體設計」、「品質偵測」、「成本設計」及「交期設計」等八項產品研發要素,快速提供優質的產品與服務,滿足顧客的期望與需求。運用累積多年的內外部研發技術及資料庫等豐富資源,無敵科技積極展開公司新世紀的四大研發願景:
  • 隨身學習平台
    以電腦辭典為主軸的學習平台,除具有插卡機制,以不斷地擴充功能及延展不同的資訊內容之外,並將藉由有線或無線上網的方式,提供使用者個別需求的多媒體學習內容,成為網路時代的學習利器。
  • 影音娛樂平台
    基於影音產品的蓬勃發展及自有品牌的通路優勢,積極引進數位相機、MP3、錄音筆等影音產品,同時配合音樂服務事業的推廣,開發TV KOD機上盒平台,將利用原先學習內容平台具有的各項純熟技術優勢,再創影音娛樂平台新猷。

    建立完整的網路線上即時服務機制,以提供隨身學習平台與隨身資訊平台源源不斷的內容,讓使用者 隨身隨地掌握及運用學習內容。

    運用無敵既有的數位內容開發整合能力,致力於發展以歌唱為核心的數位音樂服務事業,開創新型態以網路服務為基礎的歌唱平台。
 
    Inventec Besta employs a total of more than 600 outstanding engineers on both sides of The Taiwan Strait. Linked by a powerful computer network, Inventec Besta is able to control and coordinate the eight key factors of product development: Product definition, Key parts selection, Cosmetic design, Software design, Hardware design, Quality detection, Design to cost and Market planning. Utilizing this system, we have come up with products having the best quality standard and speedy services, to meet customer schedule, expectation and demands. Leveraging on our accumulated internal and external R&D experiences and the vast resources maintained in our database, we are focusing our sights on four new development areas:
  • Mobile Education Platforms
    Using the electronic dictionary as a basic point, Inventec Besta will continue to develop new functions and data applications in addition to further exploring the vast potential of memory-card functionality. By utilizing both wired and wireless technologies, Inventec Besta will provide users with multimedia education programs based on their individual needs, transforming the electronic dictionary into an educational tool for the Internet age.
  • Video and Audio Entertainment Platforms
    In order to take advantage of Besta own brand and sales channel, we lead in the products of digital camera, MP3 and recording facilities to serve customers and catch the rapid growth of related products. As well as, we enhance R&D to develop the set-top box of TV KOD for operating iSing99 business.
  • Online Real-time Service
    Inventec Besta will implement a comprehensive online service system capable of providing customers with immediate responses to all queries. The system will provide mobile education & communication platforms with access to constantly updated data resources and thus ensuring users to have access to the latest information developments.
  • Digital Entertainment Service
    To develop the business of digital music service which is based on the core of karaoke function & create the new form of online karaoke platform by well utilized digital content integrating abilities of BESTA.

  Inventec Besta has five consolidated quality systems: the software development certification system, the design quality assurance system, the components verification system, the manufacturing quality system, and the customer service management system. These five quality systems ensure that all products are produced within strict quality guidelines to fulfill customer satisfaction. Our quality assurance system is accredited under the ISO 9001 standard.
  One of Inventec Besta's principal points of focus is improving the design of components and products to improve product reliability. Our own rigorous reliability testing system ensures that our products far surpass those of our competitors in both usable life and environmental endurance.
  Invectec Besta cherishes natural resources and protects the global environment by refraining from actions that damage nature. Inventec Besta executes eco-friendly products through our design, purchasing, manufacturing and selling fields.     無敵科技以「隨身數位產品的開拓者」為企業使命,並以自有品牌行銷華人市場為核心專長。成立之初,即自創「無敵」品牌(英文"BESTA"),展開品牌行銷。 10年來,「無敵BESTA」已在台灣、美國、新加坡、馬來西亞、紐澳、歐洲等地區,塑造良好品牌形象,成為各該地區電腦辭典之領導品牌。
  西元2000年為快速發展深具潛力之香港、大陸市場,乃併購原代理公司香港好易通集團有限公司,並以「好易通BESTA」品牌,經營香港及大陸市場。
  西元2001年為擴大研發網路應用之軟、硬體技術,研發網路歌唱相關技術,2005年並將所開發之成果產品化,正式定名為iSing99愛唱久久正式耕耘開發相關市場,並於2007年年中正式推出「iSing99愛唱久久」為品牌之線上個人KTV服務。
  西元2009年年初與中華電信合作推出KOD (Karaoke on Demand)線上K歌機,進一步將線上K歌服務推向數位家庭,讓線上歡唱服務能在家中客廳吸引跨年齡族群營造「咱兜都是KTV」之願景。
 
    Inventec Besta's mission is pioneering in portable personal digital products. At the inception of our company, we created our own brand name, Besta, to define our brand marketing program in the Chinese language learning market.
  For over a decade, Besta has enjoyed a strong brand image and has already become the leading electronic dictionary brand name in Taiwan, the United States, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and Europe.
  During 2000, in order to develop the vast potential of the markets in Hong Kong and Mainland China, Inventec Besta merged with its area distributor, Golden atom Holding Ltd. Besta products are now channeled to Hong Kong and Mainland China markets under the Haoy-I-Tong Besta brand.
  To develop network application technology, Inventec BESTA officially began development of network online singing technology in 2003. By 2005, Inventec Besta succeeded and commercialized the first achievement branded as “iSing99”, to officially launch this service to market at the middle of 2007..
  At the beginning of 2009, iSing99 & Chunghwa Telecom launched KOD (Karaoke on Demand, online Karaoke Set Top Box service) to advanced the karaoke online service into digital household, attracting all the ages of people to sing happily in their own living rooms and create a joyful atmosphere for their family–“ My home is my KTV.” KOD service let the concept of “digital household” accomplish by BESTA with iSing99!
