Inventec Besta Co., Ltd. was founded in
Taipei in 1989. As an independent subsidiary
of the Inventec Group, Inventec Besta was
responsible for managing and marketing the
Inventec Group's established brand "Besta".
Over the past twenty years , the "Besta"
brand of electronic dictionaries has focused
on sales to Chinese speaking areas around
the world and the company has successfully
positioned itself as the leading brand of
electronic dictionary on the market today.
In 1999 , in line with the corporate
group’s enterprise re-engineering
activities, the Inventec Besta Co., Ltd.
merged with the group’s References System
Division, Lin Kou Factory, and Inventec (Xi'an)
Company. The combined entity with R&D,
production, and marketing resources brought
us into a new era of business.
In 2000 , Inventec Besta Co., Ltd. acquired
Golden Atom Holdings Ltd. created Besta
Technology (HK) Co., Ltd. , and invested
into Ying Cun Technology Co., Ltd. In 2005
to aggressively expand operations in the
Hong Kong and China markets. These
investments further laid the groundwork for
an eventual sales and support network
linking Chinese communities worldwide. In
2007 Inventec Besta Co., LTD. established
iSing99 Music (Shanghai) Technology Co.,
LTD. to perform and develop the on-line KTV
business. At the same year, Inventec Best
Co. became a listed company in Taiwan. To
integrate manufacturing resources and
enhance product quality and customer
services, Inventec Besta Co., Ltd.
established Besta (Kun Shan) Co., LTD. in
2008.

In order to take advantage of Besta own
brand and sales channel, we lead in the
products of digital camera, MP3 and
recording facilities to serve customers and
catch the rapid growth of related products.
As well as, we enhance R&D to develop the
set-top box of TV KOD for operating iSing99
business.
Online Real-time Service
Inventec Besta will implement a
comprehensive online service system capable
of providing customers with immediate
responses to all queries. The system will provide
mobile education & communication platforms

resources and thus ensuring users to have

Inventec Besta's mission is pioneering in
portable personal digital products. At the
inception of our company, we created our own
brand name, Besta, to define our brand
marketing program in the Chinese language
learning market.
For over a decade, Besta has enjoyed a
strong brand image and has already become
the leading electronic dictionary brand name
in Taiwan, the United States, Singapore,
Malaysia, Australia and Europe.
During 2000, in order to develop the vast
potential of the markets in Hong Kong and
Mainland China, Inventec Besta merged with
its area distributor, Golden atom Holding
Ltd. Besta products are now channeled to
Hong Kong and Mainland China markets under
the Haoy-I-Tong Besta brand.
To develop network application technology,
Inventec BESTA officially began development
of network online singing technology in
2003. By 2005, Inventec Besta succeeded and
commercialized the first achievement branded
as “iSing99”, to officially launch this
service to market at the middle of 2007..
At the beginning of 2009, iSing99 &
Chunghwa Telecom launched KOD (Karaoke on
Demand, online Karaoke Set Top Box service)
to advanced the karaoke online service into
digital household, attracting all the
ages of people to sing happily in their own
living rooms and create a joyful atmosphere
for their family–“ My home is my KTV.” KOD
service let the concept of “digital household” accomplish by BESTA with iSing99!
